Schedule of Events
September 9 - Join Chef John Esser for a cheese & cocktail pairing followed by a dinner reception held at Bardenay Distillery!
Reception and dinner schedule:
- 5:00 - Cocktail Reception
- 5:30 - Cheese and Beverage Pairing Event, presented by Cheese Chef John Esser
- 6:30 - Buffet Dinner
September 10 - Full day of technical sessions held at the Boise Center downtown, download the agenda here.
September 11 - (for food and beverage manufacturers) Join us on a tour of a local dairy farm and see firsthand how the U.S. is leading in quality and sustainability. A catered lunch will be provided and space is limited.
Farm tour and lunch schedule:
- 9:00 - Bus departs Boise Centre
- 9:45 - Farm Tour at Sun Ridge Dairy
- 11:15 - Bus departs Sun Ridge Dairy
- 12:00 - Lunch at Juniper, participants can stroll back to the hotel (2 blocks) following lunch.
